Llegué de noche a Santo Domingo y luego de dos tenebrosas horas conduciendo por carreteras desoladas en medio de la selva del corazón de la República Dominicana, con solo la luz de mi coche iluminando el camino y una tormenta avecinando llegue a destino. ¡Y sí que valió la pena! El día siguiente me despertó un sol inmenso y no me despegué de la playa hasta que cayeron las primeras gotas de lluvia por la tarde, justo a tiempo para ducharme y disfrutar de los espectáculos del Gand Bahía Principe Hotel & Resort.
El mar es increíblemente azul, la arena fina y blanca, tiene un sol estupendo para broncearse y la sombra de las palmeras para descansar. Los hoteles y restaurantes al borde de la playa facilitan todos los servicios y exciten infinitas actividades para no aburrirse nunca: deportes de playa, paravelismo, lanchas, buceo de superficie y submarino, nadar con delfines y mucho más.

I arrived in the evening to Santo Domingo and after two frightening hours driving along the desolated roads in middle of the jungle of the heart of Dominican Republic, with just the headlamp of my car lightening my way and thunderstorm approaching I made it to destiny. And it was really worth it! The following day I woke up with a huge shining sun and I did not leave the beach until the first drops of the rain in the afternoon, just in time to go and shower and enjoy the shows of the Gand Bahía Principe Hotel & Resort.
The water of the sea is incredible blue, find and white sand, it has a good sun to sunbath and the palm tree shade to rest. The hotels and restaurants next to the beach make easier your days providing many services and there are a lot of activities in order not to get ever board: beach sports, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming with dolphins and many more.
I fell in love with Punta Cana!
